My friends call me Gigi... I'm almost 26 and I've lived in Austin,Texas for the last
eight years. I graduated from the University of Texas with degrees in philosophy and
political science in 1996, and I will graduate from the
Law School here in May of 2000. I was born in
Virginia Beach and I grew up near Chicago. I have a sister named Carol and a niece named Allison in California, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins in Florida and Virginia. My mother died when I was 17, so I feel doubly close to my extended family. |

Let's see-- what else can I tell you about me. I am thinking about going into International
law of some sort, perhaps dealing with NAFTA. Besides my friends and family the great loves
of my life are photography, horseback riding, travel, and my cat PT. I volunteer at the
Austin Rape Crisis Center as an
emergency room and hotline counselor. Someday I plan on riding
in the Olympics.
I used to take voice lessons and my favorite soprano is Cecilia Bartoli. I also enjoy listening to Sade, the Gypsy Kings, Bruce Hornsby, Luscious Jackson, Prince, Lyle Lovett, Aretha, Koko Taylor, Sarah McLachlan, Seal, Lords of Acid, and Santana, among others. |
